Looping through mat image.
I currently have 24 folders within a folder and i was wondering if it was possible to loop through the 24 folders and extract information from a subfolder within the 24 folders.
Then i need to loop through the next two columns in the excel sheet columns 3 4 and assign these to x and y and run the calculation again and then plot the results.
I m doing my own color conversion where i need access to individual red green and blue values.

That a for loop reads the image pixel by pixel and if the value of the pixel is less than 0 5 sets its value to 0 and if it is more than 3 sets it to 256.

Right now your loop will probably run areasize number of times 15 times from what you write.

We ll use a cell array to store the data coming from the different images since it allows for each image to be a different size.
But every time the loop runs you will overwrite your crop variable because it is not indexed.
If you happen to know that all of your images are exactly the same size you can use a regular numeric.
I have a two template image with feature points mapped i then want to map the feature points on a sample image and count how many feature point matches there are on each of the template image.
