It does take a full 5 days to fully cure at temps above 50 degrees but develops a skin in a couple of hours. I was able to put a single coat on that spanned from my rubber roof coat to my aluminum siding. The liquid roof product is very thick and the resistance against the mixing paddle was greater than the can resistance against the floor causing the can to spin and i lost a bit of product. I read some of the other reviews and i recognized that once you add the catalyst the coating gets thicker and thicker.

Than i coated the whole roof with the liquid rubber coating. The flex sea also is the liquid rubber roof that you can rely on because it is also easy to apply and use. And it turned out that i still had plenty of material to do the job. I put the liquid roof on and after one rain everything is dry.
